Abstract
Rockwell Urban Development, Mr. Eugenio Lopez, Jr., Makati City, Makati City, 155,513, 288,488.00

Rockwell Center is an urban regeneration project that redefines progressive design and development in the Philippine context by transforming a brown field and a former power plant into a world-class waterfront development. The masterplan connects residential, commercial, institutional, recreational, leisure, office, and religious spaces without need for vehicular transportation. Connectivity is established through safe pedestrian and vehicular transportation systems, and walkability is maintained through landscaping and shaded sidewalks.
Included in the master plan was the design for the first five towers, showcasing architectural features such as double-glazed windows for heart and noise insulation, among others. Buildings include the Amorsolo Square, Luna Gardens, Hidalgo Place, and Rizal Tower.
