This prestigious community is one of the Philippine’s first masterplanned golf communities. The 403 hectares of Manila Southwoods are subdivided into four developments: golf course, residential, commercial, and open spaces and parks. The golf course development covers 173 hectares, which includes 36-hole championship courses, a practice area, and a clubhouse.
Designed in collaboration with the world-renowned golf course architect Jack Nicklaus, these golf courses are built to maximize available spaces and provide fairway view to the surrounding areas. The carefully-laid out residential development can accommodate 1,800 families, with lots ranging from 400 to over 1,000 square meters in size.
